Self Responsibility

Each of us has a responsibility and all of us must obey the letter and the spirit of the law at all times, wherever we live and work. When traveling and representing Beyond Spots & Dots, each of us are responsible for respecting all applicable laws and following Beyond Spots & Dots procedures and policies. If we fail to do so, we may face disciplinary action, possibly including termination. This policy is to uphold the company’s reputation, provide safety to our employees and comply with applicable laws.

Travel for Conferences and Market Trips

  • Must arrive on time to leave, be prepared and ready to go
  • Check meeting invite for travel arrangements, dress code
  • Have the cell phone numbers of the travel team attending
  • Contact management by cell phone immediately with any concerns or issues
  • You are a representative of the company

Attending Conferences

  • Must be on time for booth set up and manning of the booth during the conference, check the conference schedule
  • Booth to be set-up and ready 1 hour to ½ hour before exhibiting
  • Arrive on time for any sessions/seminars attending at conference
  • Be professional and courteous at all times – you are representing the company
  • Attending VIP events, dinners, and lunches – use the best judgement where alcohol is served, you are representing the company; all Company Policies apply
  • Illegal activities will not be tolerated. Contact Management immediately with any issues
  • For illness, notify Management and seek medical treatment or assistance

Market Trips and Client Meetings

  • Must be on time for all meetings
  • Be prepared in advance with all materials for meetings
  • Attending VIP events, dinners, and lunches – use the best judgement where alcohol is served, you are representing the company; all Company Policies apply
  • Illegal activities will not be tolerated. Contact Management immediately with any issues
  • For illness, notify Management and seek medical treatment or assistance
