Company data is one of the most valuable assets of Beyond Spots & Dots and must be kept out of the public domain. Data protection against malicious activity is of paramount importance to ensure the confidentiality of proprietary, sensitive and critical information within the corporate network.

Not adhering to data protection policies can result in brand damage, loss of reputation, loss of competitive advantage, loss of customers and loss of market share.

Data protection policies are outlined in the employee non-disclosure of secret and confidential information, company property and intellectual property sections of the signed Employee Agreement.

Transfer of company data (via printouts, flash drives, work and personal emails, etc) for malicious activity is strictly prohibited and is a cause of immediate termination.
