All employees are expected to be punctual in reporting to work. If an illness or emergency prevents you from reporting at your scheduled time and if you are calling off work for that day, you are required to notify your direct supervisor as early as possible before your starting time. You must call each day that you will be absent. Non-illness absences must be approved in advance by your direct supervisor.
Your employment may be terminated if you do not call for three (3) consecutive days on which you are absent. In such cases, we may assume that you have resigned.
